The rules of origin and methods of administrative cooperation established in the Protocol on Rules of Origin of Origin and its seven annexes are based on the Pan2 model for Euro-Mediterranean Europe. Negotiations are underway for bilateral free trade agreements between Ukraine and Canada, Turkey and the State of Israel.
